"a guilty man wandering

with no aim

walking around sluggish

heart heavy from the shame

I have to do better

it's the only way

it's the only path

to a brighter day

it takes courage

it takes effort

it's take dedication

if you want things to get better

take the leap

take the plunge

you won't regret it

once it's done."
